does anyone have any ideas please for how to use green/french beans that are very much past it and all starchy and chewy? we've got a big bag of them from last week's veg box; they're just awful but we don't want to waste them. we also don't want to eat them, so could they go in something or ? anything to disguise the chalkiness ...

@moonrabbit you can also add milk, cream or starch (any thickener of your choice really) to help get a good consistency. Depending on how it comes out of the blender and what you like of course, it's probably going to be a bit of trial and error.
