I understand they use a cursed metric system but it doesn't excuse them to put so many ingredient and put the whole thing at 300°C

@tournesol not a skilled baker, but I just did banana bread at 180 deg. C for 50 min. I think if I did 300 deg. C I’d burn down my apartment

Lol my sister-in-law, not an American living in America, is continually horrified by American cakes 😨

A main complaint seems to be that the icing is lard and sugar and there’s tons of artificial colors
