My US insurance messed up my medication renewal so I'm running out while in France.

I thought of seeing a French GP to get a prescription then I remembered that French pharmacists can do a lot of thing.

Went to the pharmacy next to my hotel:
-You've got your US prescription?
-Yes.
-No problem then, we'll fix that.

I got 1 month of medication.

But of course because I've no insurance in France I had to pay full price!

@poupou24_ Aux US je ne paie pas pour ce médicament mais c'est parce que je paie presque 400 dollars par mois pour mon assurance.

Et si je n'avais pas d'assurance il me coûterait plus ou moins le même prix qu'en France mais d'autres médicaments montent jusqu'à des milliers de dollars.

Du coup pour ce medicament, sans assurance ça change rien US/FR
Mais 400$ d'assurance... en france ma grand-mère paye ce prix pour elle et mon gp, mais que depuis qu'ils sont vieux et malades
