so, homeassistant and interactive floorplans aren't a new combination, but what if you'd add in shadows from the sunlight coming in through your windows?
A slightly messy looking screenshot taken from homeassistant. Pictured is a corner of my apartment, with a west-facing window. There's an area of light being cast on the floor, and the light is even correctly blocked by a piece of wall futher inside the room.

@Sirs0ri is there a practical use of floorplan in HA ? Or it's just a fancy dashboard ? (I don't know anything about them)

I have an old tablet that unlocks directly to homeassistant, and at least for me that's the easiest way to find the thing I want to interact with

Also, makes it easy for guests to control things when they don't have to know what something's called
