So apparently there was an issue with this instance and a bunch of bot managed to creat an account and use it for spam.

I'm super sorry.
It should be fixed now.

@tournesol when and how did you noticed it ? Apparently the account were created 2 month ago but only started posting a few days ago. I was sure I had blocked accounts creation on the instance but apparently I didn't.
