Not surprising at all.

Update: Just to be clear, this was not sent to me, but shared by someone else. I don't know which company this is.

However, I think it could be any one of a vast number of companies. I think we've all interacted with them at one point or another.

@loke That doesn't really change anything, if anything that's just less efficient. They used to have templates with the same as what the output might be, now they pay for a generated text on top.

@Varpie it does show that rather than doing a quick and cheap dismissal letter, they take their time to build a likely more expensive system to be as arseholey as possible about it.

Tells me a lot about this company.
