I use a GameBoy Camera Adapter I found on ebay, which exports the images with 10x resolution (still the same camera pixels of course). But you can also just open low-res GBCamera pictures in any image editor and increase the resolution manually. Might need to play around with the upscaling algorithms (there’s usually a selection) to keep them crisp.
