i’m begging open source maintainers to stop using stale bots

@thcrt I think it's fine to mark them as "stale" if there was no recent activity, it also allows the maintainers to see that there are some issues that need to be re-evaluated and prioritized. But I don't agree with automatically closing stale issues if there is no interaction.

@Varpie yeah, i’m fine with a tag (it would even mean that maintainers could check through stale issues and follow up!)

but closing them automatically is what i would call a dick move
