So, when you want to get a BIOS update for very old ThinkPad laptops, you can still find them on Lenovo's website.
Though it's kinda pointless, because when you try to download, it triggers a compatibility checking popup, asking you for a serial number, and of course, the very old ones are not in valid anymore.
