complaining about a dumb gaming take i saw on youtube got a video recommended to me with a guy saying "gaming is back" because a new game from south korea has a sexy woman wearing a tight one piece as the protagonist and that whats ruining gaming today is that all the women protagonists wear realistic clothing with realistic body proportions,, ya know instead of the rampant corporate greed plaguing every facet of the industry. i love sexy women too and even somewhat agree with the criticism that western media gets too conservative about people's bodies sometimes but there's got to be a better and less embarassing way to get your point across. instead of some actual analysis your just sitting there ranting like a little tiny baby man child. it's embarrassing as fuck and makes anyone who somewhat agrees with you look bad. go be pathetic somewhere else

complaining about a dumb gaming take i saw on youtube @ghostlyash When those people rant, it's always around women body/style and how they want them, or how they hate diversity overall. Always. They might say otherwise, but the facts are here, they're absolutely never as vocal as when their egotistical paranoid asses complain about that. On other topics, they're pathetically silent. I can't bear those guys anymore.

@transcendentempress yeah i agree it's all so superficial in the most angonizingly annoying way possible. i don't think there is anything wrong with having a preferences but when your entire personality revolves around that preference that's when it all turns to shit

Gamers assholes @ghostlyash Like, the reactions this year from a large part of them when we began to hear about UbiSoft and Tencent financial stuff. Their only focus was on how deserved it was for the editor and that a Tencent buying would get the rid of their "wokeness". They didn't care the slightest about good teams where developers felt much better to work into being dismantled 2 weeks after game's release (the one of really good Prince of Persia), they didn't care about people still struggling with creative directorship to have their ideas tried, they didn't care about freaking NFTs still being a part of the picture and those literally ruining games... Such a bunch of hypocritical morons. And you hear them so much, with their freaking tone like "we dominate the discourse now", I'm just done with any patience or restrain with them.

gamer assholes @transcendentempress yeah agreed i try my best to tune them out but they are so loud and obnoxious if you want to pay attention and be a part of any sort of gaming news and discussion you are going to hear them no matter what at nauseom it's just the worst
