Pushed myself to workout mode and now I feel better.

This makes me think of all the times when strangers stop me on escalators to ask what I do to get calves like that, or what position I play, et al.

Now I can just say “oh I have migraines”.

@dtauvdiodr My running shoes stop migraines (when they are not sufficiently anchored and deployed), but this pain relief is only temporary, the rebound comes back after a few hours.
But, generally speaking, the frequency and a certain regularity in my seances running and HIIT, reduce the frequency of crises.

@Sidoine The HIIT workout is dependable for making a change, every time. How long it provides relief has a lot to do with what I do afterwards, to be honest. I do get rebound after 3-4 hours if it was bad beforehand, but it still tends to feel smoothed out.
