I am looking to create a little « newsletter » to send by email. How do i do that?

I found templates online but they're all on stuff like Canva where you can only download as a PDF or an image and i don't want that. I want my photos to be photos and my text to be text in the email i'll send, know what i mean?

I can't find what i want online it's driving me nuts.
