It's now impossible for me to hear "Epitaph" from Final Fantasy VI's OST without feeling the tears coming.
It's a deeply beautiful and sad track, even more in the context you hear it in the game, but as I also used it in an extremely emotional moment during our D&D campaign, it has definitely make it crying-inducing.
