Alt text isn't just for the vision impaired. Sometimes some of us are viewing an image and don't understand the context or some of the imagery. Alt text helps there too.
@arcadetoken There's even a term for this. The curb cut effect is when disability-friendly features are used by a larger group than they were originally designed for.
I remember when video captions were thought of as just for the hearing impaired. Now so many people watch with captions on.

I'm trying to improve my style for other ND people but everyone will enjoy it.
Without further considerations we're a valid enough reason for calmer, cleaner cities, because a society that lefts people behind is structurally flawed, but other sick people, the elder, children, our ecosystem, and everyone would enjoy them.
Free software may be required to include paranoid people, who often are child abuse survivors, but besides Twitter memes like ProtonMail and Mastodon abled people (including young teenagers) can browse a curated free software app store like F-Droid with trust.
