I think I have to switch back to Windows to get a decent workflow up and running. Linux is always causing me troubles and I am sick of it.

Ha, as expected I got it running in 30 minutes on Windows.

First build is done and working! 🔥

Now to make an actual game 😅
GENS, a Sega Mega Drive / Genesis Emulator, showing my first game build. It is only a title screen, white text on a black background. It says "Mionasoft presents The Sunflower Princess."

Next steps:

- Find a good software for pixel design
- Create backgrounds and get them to display in the game
- Try to get parallax scrolling working

I managed to get 2 background planes scrolling at different speeds.

Also, look at the amazing graphics!

Certainly needs much more polish, but I am mostly learning the systems now~
