It is shocking that after moving from Google workspace to Proton as the back office for our professional email adresses etc, all the major Dutch institutions are blocking us as spam. All our contacts have to whitelist us individually. So I think we are forced to go back to Google, where we had this problem occasionally but not as massively as now. It seems the reason is that Microsoft, used by almost all institutions in NL, simply blocks all Proton mail .😈 ( DNS=OK configured)

@meliimming Yesterday I realized that Qobuz, a high-res music service for "demanding listeners", was throwing an "unknown error" for my Lavabit email address. It joins a very select club composed of PayPal, the French postal service, and… the governmental service we use to retrieve our final exams grades.

ProtonMail didn't help, but they were less cavalier about it.

@meliimming I'm not talking about DNS or anything related to the mail server configuration, I'm talking about a server-side parser during the account creation. I could signup with my own domain.
