What Causes Autistic Burnout?
I have talked before about autistic burnout, how it manifests, and ways that people can cope with the symptoms. Well, this topic is on my mind again! (Don't worry, I am doing fine personally, but I am working on a continuing education course on supporting autistic adults experiencing autistic burnout.)
