It's been 1.5 years since I last played Nioh 2.
Since my display driver crashes are fixed (thanks to updating the firmware of my xbox controller. I'm still angry about that bug) I thought I'd play some more.

Oh god I suck at it again. Nioh 2 has such a complicated and unforgiving control system. It takes a while to remember how it works after playing Darksiders 1-4 and Horizon Forbidden West.

I'm getting back into the swing of it.
It's taking active thought though.
Plus the entire not-in-a-map-fighting side of the game is pretty daunting at the best of times, I never really understood the benefit to a lot of the crafting and blacksmithing stuff.

I'm not ready for one of the hard boss fights though.

I just wish scampusses weren't time limited. I want permanent scampuss companions.

@kojack Oh wow, that's – a classic traditional japanese artwork of a threatening Yokai on the left, with patches of fire on their body and weirdly backed on a wall, looking at something outside the frame, in a sort of monkey way of using their arms and their legs indifferently, and on the right, a creature with a woman bust looking at the viewer, bending over with large breasts and an oversize shoulderless dress, if not a piece of lingerie. Interestingly, she also happens to carry a sword of fire.
