Every Microsoft software sucks (1/2) By the way, Windows is also degrading our relationship to writing for various truly amazing reasons, "amazing" meant as a verb

Sometimes I wonder how a human being could share these ideas with truly evil people, then I remember that they are paid for the volunteer work I do on my spare time

One of these ideas is dead simple: they hate the idea of hobbyist software developers. Code should be nothing but a commodity for them; a spare-time/"slow life" developer isn't only unnecessary, they're actually a noisance, in their view; we understand their PRs way better with this information

Every Microsoft software sucks (2/2) For example, they're investing a lot of money into funding EU universities so we absolutely don't learn to write Skribe documents; otherwise the upper class would be composed of spare time developers, and this would naturally become attractive to the poor

Their software has to be inferior not to promote e.g. WYSIWYM or open protocols; every time they have to choose between developing a worse product and promoting IT litteracy, they develop a worse product
