We've had a little bird feeder installed on one of our flat windows for a few months now.
I'm getting used to the ballet of small birds coming to feed while I take my breakfast, and pigeons desperate not to be able to get in (we had to put the feeder higher up on the window, because otherwise the pigeons would eat all the seed mixture and leave nothing for the smaller but more numerous birds).
