Guess my voice doesn't pass for shit. "Sophia" just got sir'd on the phone, making a doctors appointment.
Which makes sense, I haven't voice trained at all. Funny though my voice is changing... though I guess that's just because I'm naturally slipping into my "customer service" voice more. I used to be able to match pitch with Leonard Cohen only 8 months ago, and I tried again a month ago and that ship has sailed.

Didn't miss a beat this time though with replying to her "Miss".

@transcendentempress Oh no Jen, this is a happy story. My voice is changing, and I stood up for myself. And it was a non issue, she immediately replied "Oh, Sophia", as if she was going to follow it up with "duh", but was being professional. Like she realised "yep, obvious mistake, my bad". At least was the tone I got.

But I'm a slut for hugs, so Imma take 'em ​:huggu:​
