Chrome web browser is preloading its extension giving preferences in network communication, bypassing web browser security and privacy mechanism. That may be the most fascinating potential Digital Markets Act case to date. I analyse this case on grounds of technology and DMA regulation. I use a neat trick of the DMA Article 6(7) utilising the superpowers of "regardless".

@LukaszOlejnik I hope that actions are going to be taken against Google and/or Alphabet, and that they will have to pay huge fines! But most importantly: Don't install Google Chrome or Brave, they're crap software. Don't use MS Edge, it's crap software too.

Use Firefox (or Waterfox, LibreWolf, PulseBrowser or even Sea Monkey), Epiphany if you are On Linux. Even around here, in the "awaken" fediverse, I see too many people stating they are using Brave, for example, or Chromium ( A "naked" Google product is still a Google product, don't be fooled)
