You gave your vote to someone, watch regularly what they do. Watch what they all do.It's not even about getting involved in politics, or understanding all of it.
It's just giving to your vote the importance it deserves. You let someone represent you, you keep an eye on them.
I mean, you wouldn't let someone work on your home, and not check what they're doing, even if you don't understand everything they do, right?
