LMAO so to my English-speaking followers: if the next French National assembly was ungovernable, with about a third of hard right presidential party, a third of far-right, and a third of moderate left, while the Constitutional council has just admitted to be unable to rule on the last dissolution (which has resulted in the current precipitated elections), the President could try to dissolve it again, in violation of the 12th article of the French Constitution, and the last recourse would be the High Court, which is composed of the Senate and of the National assembly, and has the power to destitute him.
Both would try to dissolve/destitute each other, resulting in a legitimacy conflict and thus in the likeness of a military coup.
