so yeah basically shadow of the erdtree is a monument to the arrogance of mankind and you'd be better off buying £35 worth of dynamite and punching a campfire

And it's 100% okay to just stop and take a break from it if that's what you truly need. Those are games, they're supposed to give you a minimum level of fun, not plunge you into despair and depression.
