Stay calm Jen, stay calm.Customer's manager wants us to use admins accounts to bypass access rights on a folder, because former user forget a file in it. Literally what we're not allowed to do at all both for security and confidentiality reasons.
He's complaining because "it's only a matter of 5 minutes, and the user is lacking that file for a month now". And he keeps asking us what request he should file, as if we had knowledge of the entire request catalog.
I have no idea. We technicians. We receive the requests, we don't file them.😠
