Okay, so I've been a little too enthusiastic the other day about my SFF PC with the RX 6400 holding the base 30/40 fps and 60/80 with the frame boost in Cyberpunk 2077, as it only does so in the game's benchmark.

Really in-game, the base framerate is more around 15-20, and I guess it has quite a lot to do with the old 4th gen low power i5 struggling (always at 100% CPU time, and CP2077 is a quite a CPU-heavy game), but also with the RX 6400 being even more limited than it would normally does as the H110 chipset only supports PCIe 2.0, so around 4 times less PCIe bandwith, and this Radeon is already a 4x speed only.

So it's weakening quite a lot an entry-level card that already has the reputation of not having a lot of performance ressources for itself. But to have a better idea of it under much better conditions, I once tested it coupled with my Ryzen 7 5800X (before I had the RX6700), on a benchmark like 3DMark Night Raid, you nearly double the performances, so this little GPU still does have some more to give if you pair it with a more modern CPU and a proper PCIe 4.0 slot.
