I applied for a senior backend engineer position.
They told me to consider these points to understand why they said no:
- They are growing fast (I worked with many "growing fast" companies)
- As they work remotely, they only support GMT-4 to GMT+2 timezones (I'm in France, it's in the range)
- They want people to put a "touch" to their application (I wrote an exhaustive motivation letter)
- They don't have many junior positions since they're growing fast (I have 13 years of experience with PHP)

@namori I'm starting to think they're not hiring at all and they're just posting applications online to make people believe they're growing fast and big so that only desperate workers would accept a low-wage position with them, just followed by "hype".
