well, after 18 hours of not having this site open, I am still getting the "Rate Exceeded" error when I try to move. is effectively holding my account hostage with whatever broken thing on the backend. I know I can just import my follows and start over, but this is supposed to be one of the things that makes the Fedi better.

@jake go into redis-cli
- type
keys *limit* to get all keys related to rate limit
- to delete them and thus making it expire, just do
del "key name" with the quotes

 @tournesol assuming I'm doing it right (which may be a big assumption heh!) it returned (empty array) for the keys command.

@tournesol @jake Did you do the auth <password> command (without the <>)? (or alternatively, used the redis-cli command with the -a option, like this: redis-cli -a password?)

@Theotime812 @tournesol sorry it is my first time with redis so I am taking a crash course via google. I did not, i just entered redis-cli and got a prompt.

I am seeing keys when i type
KEYS * but they seem to be all Bookwrym related...

@jake @tournesol Don't apologize (I had a hard time with redis and I still don't fully understand it ^^')
Seems like Bookwyrm's redis database isn't password-protected, but Calckey's one is. If you can't remember the password, it should be in your Calckey folder, in
.config/default.yml (like in my screenshot)

@Theotime812 @tournesol pass is commented out in both default and ci.yml, but i tried it anyways. auth gives an OK, but no change in the list. i couldn't tell from the command list if there were multiple databases and you switched between them, or if the password should just open things up...

@jake @tournesol I think the way Redis works is you have one big database, with several namespaces

Do you have Calckey on Docker?

@jake @tournesol The password might be stored somewhere else then. I don't really know how Calckey works on Yunohost though so I can't help much sorry ^^'
