I like this episode because it's an exploration of a simple concept. And it's a great concept. There are these stone statue that move when you don't look at them, and if they touch you, they send you back in time. They are terrifying and the episode really manage to do them honor. Not many episode manage to really focus on a Monster like that. The doctor and Martha are a lot less in this one, but once again is a great idea because it let you really invest in the main character. Also the timey wimey stuff is good.

Season 4 had THE best episodes of the new era.
But I really need to highlight this one. The vashta Nerada are a wonderful threat, as scary as the weeping angel, the iconography of the spacesuit with skull: genius. The personality remembering thing: amazing.
And then there's river song. A mysterious new character but who can see through the doctor and who's able to match with him.

Again: great concept, amazing execution.
On top of House, as an wonderfully, ominous vilain, the TARDIS, just like rivers song in SitL, is the perfect match for the doctor. I love her. There's also some lovely visual from that episode.
