Mocking fascists is worth doing, even if you never change a single bigot's mind that way. The people who get singled out for hatred need to be reminded that the haters are fools.

Also writing this reminded me how much I miss the web. People used to make websites and other people could find them and read them, and it was weird and silly and personal and political. Not everything was corporate sludge and social media screaming.

@charliejane “Intentional” as in “the Gemtext format makes links a block element so reading on this protocol makes you part of a de facto intentional writing/reading community” (by contrast with the gazillion of commercial websites on the web)
