#Fediverse admins, I would suggest blocking activitypub-troll.cf in your DNS settings with a wildcard (so no subdomains also work) and blocking it in your instance, as it is clearly just made to spam instances.
Their entire thing is just spamming instances and users to hog up network & db space for instances. Hits especially hard for smaller instances.
