Finished** Terra Memoria **demo, and I'm super tempted to buy with the Steam discount, very nice French RPG, but I'm going to pass for now, need to finish more stuff in the backlog first. But definitely recommend it.
Just tried Megacopter: Blades of the Goddess demo, am mixed about it. While I do like the gameplay modernizing EA's old Strike saga formula by adding twin-stick shooters mechanics, I'm not really hooked by the game overall vibe.
Gamers assholes@ghostlyash Like, the reactions this year from a large part of them when we began to hear about UbiSoft and Tencent financial stuff. Their only focus was on how deserved it was for the editor and that a Tencent buying would get the rid of their "wokeness". They didn't care the slightest about good teams where developers felt much better to work into being dismantled 2 weeks after game's release (the one of really good Prince of Persia), they didn't care about people still struggling with creative directorship to have their ideas tried, they didn't care about freaking NFTs still being a part of the picture and those literally ruining games... Such a bunch of hypocritical morons. And you hear them so much, with their freaking tone like "we dominate the discourse now", I'm just done with any patience or restrain with them.

They might say otherwise, but the facts are here, they're absolutely never as vocal as when their egotistical paranoid asses complain about that. On other topics, they're pathetically silent. I can't bear those guys anymore.
The only past New Year's eve I really have memories of is the 2000 one, with young me ill af in a blanket on my parents couch, watching new millennium fireworks in eastern capitals on TV.
