It’s nice to not have 1000 hotkeys on 20 different plugins :blobcat_lewd:

@LudoBike I dropped reading the tutor of vim a while ago… too long and complicated. Just finished the helix tutor and it seemed easier ? Don’t know if it’s because the hotkeys seems more intuitive or I learned a bit of the vocab using vim

@mo8it yeah, for the config. I installed lazyvim once and was so overwheled by everything that I had to uninstall everything. That’s when I figured that I was too lazy to pimp my editor x)

@beeb yeah seems so much natural !
And cause I was on vim vanilla, seems to me that there is so much things available out of the box. I don’t have to look for the best plugins for ages, feels like christmas :amaze:

hum, what do you think about text editor ?

Was looking into understand why everyone talks about neovim instead of vim and found myself trying Helix and … wow out of the box I learned more how to use a vim-like editor than in one year on vim ???
