I will probably go for a more environmentally friendly replacement eventually, but for now just a new lining to protect my stuff from the flakes.

@Maker I don't know exaclty what it is but it looks like standard waterproof bag material. A thick canvas-like fabric with a (prevously) slick coating on the inside. I was wondering if I the new vinyl would stick well on the old flakes, and it seems it wouldn't.

Dear people, I have this second hand bike bag and I assume it has some sort of vinyl sheet glued on the inside [Polyurethane coating], which is completely giving up. Regardless it is still waterproof but the flaking is really bad. Can I just... slap a new vinyl sheet on top ? Or would it be more reasonable to make a new lining ?

(I could scrape the whole coating out but I don't have it in me right now)

EDIT: @cathos identified it as probably polyurethane, and also gave some good explanations and link.
Unfortunately, I can't have a lazy and long term solution, but I have knowledge and options now.
A bike bag, with a petroleum blue center panel and a bit of reflective tape.
the inside of said bag, the mystery inside coating has a few spots despite it being clean. IRL it's giving dirty old yellow but the phone camera doesn't show it very well.
a very bad spot were the mystery lining is peeling away in small brownish-yellow flakes. yikes.

Les sacoches vélo sont plutôt moches et une d'entre elles est franchement crade. Mais y a des bandes réfléchissantes et c'était 15 euros la paire ​:meow_shrug:​

Bonjour fédi ! Aujourd'hui j'essaie de trouver des sacoches vélo en brocante, on croise les doigts pour que ça me prenne pas des plombes et qu'elles soient jolies.

@Kahte bif bof ces pantalons là. Je les trouve confortable que par 15.4°C avec un vent de 3,7km/h. Autre chose et la température passe pas. Faudrait tester plusieurs tissus peut-être.

Y a quoi comme vêtements légers, couvrant, pas trop dégueux et pas trop féminin qui existent ?
J'avoue pour le niveau de classitude ça va être dur à doser, techniquement je bosse dans un atelier, mais un atelier plutôt propre.

faut que je m'occupe de celle là aussi, elle a fait plein de petits. (et un peu grillé mais tkt elle va bien)
une plante grasse avec des feuilles en pointes foncées a petites tâches blanches. On voit 3 petites branches sur les cotés. Y a des bouts grillés par endroits.
